Key Responsibilities:

• Develop project planning for service and maintenance works.
• Establish annual targets and map out business plans.
• Determine manpower requirements based on annual goals.
• Supervise and monitor active service projects and prospective target projects.
• Direct subordinate departments and assign specific tasks.
• Ensure business development and sales targets are achieved.
• Review contracts and customer requirements.
• Conduct field surveys and prepare suitable commercial proposals.
• Analyze and evaluate the performance of maintenance service operations.
• Ensure necessary resources for service jobs are readily available.
